How does it work?

Rent
Select your tree online or from our collection hub. Tree height is measured from floor to tip. Complete your payment online and then pick up your tree at our hub or choose from our convenient delivery dates. We charge a small $5 fee for delivery.
Water
On the day of delivery, provide your tree with half a litre of water. Set a daily water reminder on your phone. Soil should feel moist to touch but not overly wet. If it seems little bit dry, give it half a litre of water.
Return
Return to our hub or choose from our convenient collection dates with the option of having the same tree again the following Christmas. We will take your trees back to the Kookaburra farm where it will live for another year. We charge a small $5 fee for collection.
